Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology Placements: Average & Highest Package 2024

The placement drive is handled by the Student Placement Committee consisting of professors, full-time employees and student representatives from every batch. The placement cell is responsible for conducting internship drive for 3rd year B.Tech students and placement drive for final year students. They frequently conduct coding tests for the students participating the drive, mock group discussions and sessions related to preparing impressive formal resume, etc. The cell is also responsible for inviting companies for the placement and internship purpose. Some of the renowned companies which visit our campus are Google, Apple, Amazon, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Graviton, Deutsche Bank, Flipkart, LinkedIn, Capgemini, Jio, Intuit, Zomato, KPMG, Sprinklr, etc. Talking about the placement statistics (2024 data) the highest package offered was 82 LPA, average CTC was 16.03 LPA, average of top 50 is 44.5 LPA, average top 100 is 35.2 LPA, average of top 150 is 19.69 LPA and the mean stipend overall was 1.17 LPM. There was a huge competition as the players who came for placements for few and had jobs in range of 5-10 lakhs per annum. Higher bracket placement requires higher skills and we were trained enough to get those jobs. All the hard work paid off as even though the competition was stiff, all the students landed a job in the firms they have wished to work in the day they decided to become engineers. A dream comes true for all of us as placements were fantastic and importantly in the sector and companies of our choice.Read Full Review

The college is owned by one of the biggest business houses in the country and bringing the biggest names was not an issue for them. The batch size was small but the pointer rules spoiled chances for many. Out of 240 students of our batch, nearly 50–60 were ineligible but the rest all had placements through campus. DAIICT Placement were good and an average package of 5 lakhs was offered to all and the one with the highest had a package of 17 lakhs per annum. For a B.Tech student, such a huge amount is like no way but yes, maybe he was that brilliant that he was offered that much.Read Full Review
